WARNING! Do not try to cross the Dry Fork of the Cheat unless it's pretty dry!! This crossing has a routed work around and may be too deep some, most or all the time.  Only do this at your own risk and don't be stupid!

Dining: Farm-up Kitchen, Tip-Top, Alpine Lodge (in Alpena), Smoke on the water BBQ, FoxFire Grill, Hellbender's, Purple Fiddle

Lodging: Alpine Lodge in Alpena, Bear Haven primitive campground, Stuart Recreation area.  Also many pirimitive camp sites along the routes

Night Life: Purple Fiddle usually has live music, several good breweries in the area as well
